TaskbarEx adds some functions to your Taskbar (you knew that, didn't you
), such as:
- detaching a button from the taskbar onto the Desktop
- moving the taskbar buttons
- rearranging the taskbar buttons
- showing a thumbnail of the window when the mouse is hovered on the taskbar
- skins for the buttons
- customizing the tooltip font, colors, background and border
We helped him on the English translation, sent him the corrections. The author is planning a new version TaskbarEx 2. Those corrections will be inlcuded in the new version.

nope, as its xp only...
hmm, what i would like to see is a app that does something similar the grouped task buttons in xp, but allows one to throw diffrent apps into the same button, and pick specific buttons out of the task.
that way one can say have all kinds of office apps in a group, except the one that leads to a specific file or something
yea, i know of taskbar executive. sadly its for pay, and no longer updated as the maker thinks that the xp feature makes it no longer needed...
