my desktop is boring as office exec's (not that i am one)

im looking for programs that serve no purpose whatsoever except to look cool, or do something graphically (or otherwise) envious to others >:)

thanks for the ideas!! google eyecandy always gives me alien skin eye candy no matter how many ifs nots + - signs i give it

so whats the coolest stuff virtual plastic has to offer? i'd love to see what you all have to show off!!!!!!@!!@!@!@!

um, what are you looking for? just go through the pages of this site and you'll find loads of goodies, from apps that add functionality to apps that are pure eyecandy.

apply some visual styles, do some reshacking, replace your shell, change icons. there are so many things you could do. just start somewhere and soon enough, you'll be led somewhere else.

pure eyecandy apps, nothing else. unfortunately, i havent had much luck finding anything besides GTRipple and a bunch of old kick ass apps for Enlightenment a la linux.
