HTML Icon not displayed

Hello,

I have a problem with icons like this. I used iconphile to change the icons, everthing's fine except
- I used blue color icon first for open folder, the changed it to red color. But everytime I login, the icon change back to blue. If I flush the icon cache, the icon gets back to red again :+
- My html and htm icon is not displayed. I have settings the icon in iphile to point to normal iexplore.exe, and the registry entry for htmlfile.html and htmlfile.htm for default icon has point to iexplore.exe too, but nothings happen (the icon still not showed up). I have tried flusing the icon cache and set IE as default browser, still nothing change.
