Remove Windows 7 Organize Menu

How to remove the Organize Menu

(Windows 7 32 bit)

Step 1. Download Resource Tuner
http://www.restuner.com/download.htm
(30 day free evaluation)

Step 2. Edit your Shell32.dll file

Step 3. Edit UIFILE > 12

Step 4. Delete the following Element:

<Element layoutpos="Top" layout="filllayout()" sheet="folderbandstyle" animation="rectanglev|s|fast">
<TemplateBackground id="atom(BackLayer)"/>
<TemplateBackground id="atom(FolderBandShineLayer)"/>
<FolderBandModule ModuleID="FolderBandModule"/>
</Element>

Step 5. Save

Step 6 replace your Original shell32.dll

Done!

HI,
I was able to follow these instructions just fine in my Windows 7 32bit, but I now need to do the same thing for my Windows 7 64bit. Any suggestions?
