Control Spy 2.0 - find and apply different control styles
"
Control Spy is a tool that helps developers understand common controls: how to apply styles to them, and how they respond to messages and notifications. Using Control Spy, you can immediately see how different styles affect the behavior and appearance of each control, and also how you can change the state of each control by sending messages."
I thought this would be useful to those who want to try out different control styles. This app includes a list of the style options per control so you don't have to search for them.
It's usable in W2K... as long as one is careful to avoid the XP and above control items. Not that I'm complaining too much as it's a good app (and free as well), just that it could have been even better if MS allowed users to hide controls that aren't applicable to one's system.
Is it possible to get in touch with Des.
I am pretty new here and I am absolutely jealous of the desktop look you have created.
I understand it takes alot of time to do these custom mods but I just don't have the time to under go all this myself.
Is there anyway I can get your custom look I like the flat windows and fonts colors and text it's excellent.
I noticed you have no plans of releasing it, so if this is to be the case I will persist to create something similar, but what have done in windows like this is really good. the look is very conceptual.
Thanks for showing mate.
Cheer for now.
