Tclock3
WildBill over at MSFN has been working at building full taskbar skinning ability into Tclock. Working reasonably well for a beta too and seems like it will have a lot of potential. He's working on Win2k atm and I'm sure would like some more people to try it out.

ugh, looks like its highly unstable on my system (w2ksp4)...
ill do a full reboot and see if that can clean some of the problems out, but it keeps crashing my explorer...
edit:
didnt help much. im suspecting that there is something up with the rebar gripper hide code as no matter what setting i have it on they show, and if i hit refresh tclock3, ok or apply i get a explorer crash
oh, and i allmost forgot. tclock3 fails to reattach to explorer after said crash...

Though I liked Tclock2, I no longer use it because I discovered the wonders of AD. Kinda sad, too, about this new one crashing in Win2K - or else I would have at least tried it for myself.

hmm, there seems to be a 0.1.5 version out. and by the looks of it, it got released after i made my post above about it crashing. downloading now and will see if anything got fixed.
btw, the creator was using win2ksp4 with no problems so why it crashed me but not him i dont have a clue about what so ever.
hmm, its done downloading. time to test it i guess...
nah, still crashes here. it would be nice if someone else thats using win2ksp4 could test and see if it works for them. i realy do wonder what it is that is strange about my setup...

Shoot....I would've, but I migrated to Win2K3 Server

. Are you running an alternate shell or anything that would otherwise change taskbar/systemtray/clock? That might cause some problems.

tclock at times. other then that there is only some "toolbars" (serious samurize, free launch bar).
im allso using xbar to hide the task buttons (im using powerpro to move them of to one side).
but even when i strip it all down it still crashes.
about the only thing i can think of that i cant turn of is that i have applyed the 256 color patch for the tray. or maybe its tray manager thats messing things up (why is there no other freeware tray icon manager?).

Strange. I also did the 256-colour hack, and tclock2 worked fine...
