How to disable Windows keys?

It's making me mad, especially while playing Duke Nukem. Is there any way to disable (preferably) the right hand windows key, or both together?

Kill your shell before playing Duke Nukem. Or use a different shell from Explorer. Though I'm sure there is a quick "disable Win-key" hack around somewhere.
