Renaming or moving to bypass WFP
On the page about replacing files it says that renaming or moving files can bypass WFP by allowing the in-use file to be modified. It then says:
I have not been able to reproduce this on XP (SP2). Has anyone had any problems with corruption while using this method?

On the page about replacing files it says that renaming or moving files can bypass WFP by allowing the in-use file to be modified. It then says:
When the rename/exchange was done with command prompt on XP, it corrupts the edited file.
I have not been able to reproduce this on XP (SP2). Has anyone had any problems with corruption while using this method?
