IE Wallpaper

Anybody know how to edit the toolbar.hta file in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Toolbar?

I want to change the path to the bitmaps for the toolbar wallpaper. I've already changed the registry keys to the bitmaps. But Windows still reports an error in this line of the .hta file:

f = fso.GetFolder(folderspec);

I want my bitmaps on another drive.

Exactly what error is it throwing? Is it because the FileSystemObject isn't loaded? Is it because folderspec is undefined? This is all rather vague.
