okso i have gotten ridd of the highlight on the start menu (thankyou panekiller) and on quicklaunch items (true lauch bar to the rescue. now im trying to find a way to do a simple skinjob on most context menus so that i can remove that highlight color from them.

why i am doing it this way? i cant just set the highlight color in windows to the background color as that breaks every loadbar in the area!
