How to change Recycle Bin name, etc.

I just made the switch from 98 to win2k professional, and i know NOTHING about 2k.

So I was trying to figure out how to change the name of the recycle bin, but I had some trouble. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Also, how do you get rid of the my network from the dtop? =|
