WindowsXP explorer, nasty sort by column color

Hi,

I try to create some colors customization so my eyes would not be hurt so much from these bright colors. I managed to do this up to the point where all the explorer colors are OK except one.

When the file explorer is opened in the details view then the column which is currently used for the files sorting has always different color. I could not find any tool/tips where this color would be configurable.

Anybody know how to change this color?
