Everybody running 2k/XP and getting confused by the info on creating shellfolders/objects displayed here, have a look at the Shell Object Editor. It provides a nice and clean 5step dialog wizard to set these up in detail!
Author notes this is a first version, so no uninstall/edit options yet, but this is a great little tool already!
Update !! Version 1.1 adds the option to delete objects (created by the editor only).

WinT's Windows Modifications
{Collection of Windows modifications} "WinT's Windows Modifications is a collection of Windows modifications to customize Windows. Each modification lists the compatible Windows operating systems to which the tweak can be applied. To implement these visual changes, you need to download or have a copy of Resource Hacker, a free utility to view, modify, rename, add, delete and extract resources in 32- bit Windows executables and resource files. The tweaks are written with the assumption that readers know how to use Resource Hacker. Hacks include Outsmarting System File Protection, Remove / Rename the Properties Menu Item, and Add Custom Logos to Your Menus. Users can submit tweaks and comment on them. Like all tweaks, use them at your own risk. [Meryl]"

A couple of things added to the pages. The first one is ReplaceIt by this-is-me, similar to Replacer in aesthetics; also work as well as Replacer for replacing system files.
Our second app is PKLauncher. It's a small skinnable window which has a list of apps you can launch. An enthusiastic quote from our msgboard by WinT:
"Shortcuts to ANYTHING you want, unlimited number of shortcuts, draggable, resizable, and supports alpha blending and transparency for 2K/XP users. "
